Director and Vice President of Federal Programs

Tray Williams, serves as Director and Vice President of Federal Programs at Imagine Believe Realize (IBR) LLC, where he exemplifies servant leadership through a strong focus on team growth, mission success, and organizational excellence. In 2021, Tray led the Navy eCRM team in delivering the PRIMS project within an accelerated three-month timeline, securing a follow-on contract and overseeing more than 80 personnel supporting the Navy Recruiting Command (NRC) and Navy Personnel Command (NPC).

Tray’s leadership philosophy is grounded in empathy, active listening, stewardship, and empowerment. He emphasizes foresight, persuasion, conceptual thinking, and a deep commitment to building community within his teams. By prioritizing people and fostering a culture of trust and accountability, he ensures both individual and collective success. He manages competing priorities by compartmentalizing and efficiently organizing tasks, allowing him to invest meaningful time and energy into his teams, programs, and strategic objectives.

Tray’s vision is to elevate IBR’s Salesforce practice into one of the top five most trusted Salesforce System Integrators in the federal market. He defines success by the accomplishments of his team and the continued growth of the company.

Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with family, fishing, scuba diving, and playing video games.
