Director of Engineering

Tami Curtner serves as Director of Engineering at Imagine Believe Realize (IBR) LLC, bringing extensive experience in systems engineering and project management. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and a Master of Science in Computer Science and is a member of the Project Management Institute (PMI). Throughout her career, Tami has focused on designing, implementing, and delivering large-scale enterprise solutions that drive mission success and operational excellence.

Inspired early on by a fascination with innovation sparked by a love of James Bond films and the idea of building cutting-edge technology Tami pursued a career where she could turn creativity into real-world impact. Encouraged by a supportive family to chase her interests, she built a strong technical foundation that has guided her leadership journey.

Tami believes strong leadership begins with effective communication. She emphasizes understanding how individual team members communicate best, providing clear expectations, and fostering an environment that encourages creativity in problem-solving and goal achievement. At IBR, her most impactful contribution is her ability to successfully implement and deliver complex enterprise solutions.

Outside of work, Tami enjoys spending time with family and friends and is an avid sports fan who loves cheering on her favorite teams.
