Director of Security

Shelley Stone, serves as Director of Security at Imagine Believe Realize (IBR) LLC, bringing extensive experience in security leadership and architecture. Prior to her current role, she served as Director of Security and Security Solutions Architect, building a strong foundation in both strategic oversight and technical execution.

Shelley's leadership style centers on listening, mentoring, teaching, and supporting her team, fostering a culture rooted in trust, collaboration, and continuous growth. She has initiated 90 percent of IBR's cybersecurity work and strengthened key customer relationships, including with DHS USCIS, underscoring her impact on both business growth and mission delivery.

An active member of (ISC)², PECB, Scrum Alliance, and the AWS Partner Network, Shelley demonstrates an ongoing commitment to professional development and industry engagement. She combines strategic vision with meticulous execution, confidently navigating new challenges and resolving complex issues.
