Rodney Blake, serves as Director of Program Management at Imagine Believe Realize (IBR) LLC, bringing extensive experience leading complex, multimillion-dollar contracts and innovative software development initiatives. He has a proven track record of managing large-scale programs, including oversight of a 200-person team and $25–30 million in annual revenue supporting the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.

Throughout his career, Rodney has played key leadership roles in major federal and financial sector initiatives, including the 2010 and 2020 Census programs and the development of advanced financial trading systems for Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and FolioVesting. His experience spans high-visibility, mission-critical environments where performance, precision, and accountability are paramount.
